Responsibilities
- Promote and market financing products (automotive, electronics, cash‑advance) to dealers, retailers, and end‑users throughout the Jabodetabek area.
- Identify, approach, and secure new dealer partnerships and maintain existing relationships to generate a steady flow of loan applications.
- Conduct on‑site and phone surveys to assess consumer eligibility, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity in line with internal risk policies.
- Collect, verify, and validate all required documentation (identification, income proof, vehicle or product specifications) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor the end‑to‑end credit application process, from submission through approval to fund disbursement, and proactively resolve any bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and market insights.
- Collaborate with the underwriting, legal, and collections teams to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
- Participate in regional marketing events, trade shows, and dealer workshops to enhance brand visibility and product knowledge.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the financing sector.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Associate degree (D3) or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or credit administration, preferably within the financial services or automotive sector.
- Male candidates are preferred as per the original posting.
- Strong administrative and sales documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities with a customer‑service orientation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess credit risk and make sound recommendations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM or loan management systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage a busy schedule, and meet strict deadlines.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional field visits to dealer locations.
