Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mobile Sales Development (SMD) Pharmacist to join our fast‑growing team. Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and nurture new pharmacy and retail outlets within the assigned territory, presenting product portfolios and promotional offers.
- Maintain a daily route plan, ensuring timely visits to existing accounts, collection of orders, and prompt follow‑up on delivery schedules.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by applying effective negotiation techniques, upselling complementary products, and leveraging market insights.
- Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs, to support strategic decision‑making.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for pharmacy staff, emphasizing proper usage, benefits, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize a mobile Android device (minimum 4 GB RAM) to log activities, update CRM systems, and generate real‑time sales reports.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate order fulfillment, manage returns, and resolve any delivery issues quickly.
- Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Represent the company at local trade events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to strengthen brand awareness.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards while maintaining a professional appearance on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old; gender inclusive.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical SMD roles.
- Valid motorbike and active SIM C license for on‑site visits.
- Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM for app usage and reporting.
- Strong sales analysis skills, capable of interpreting data to drive performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated, honest, and responsible with a clear intention to work long‑term.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region, typically Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
