Introduction
The Sales Officer – Wiluk Alung region is a pivotal front‑line role responsible for driving revenue growth across both existing and new customers in the Lubuk Alung area. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company’s product portfolio and the market, cultivating strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end‑users. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell the company’s product range to existing customers and prospect new accounts within the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage potential distribution channels, negotiate terms, and secure orders that align with sales objectives.
- Collect initial customer data, verify documentation, and assist in preparing complete credit applications for approval.
- Track the progress of credit applications, communicate decisions promptly to dealers and customers, and provide guidance on any required follow‑up actions.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, ensuring clear understanding of financial obligations.
- Monitor customer payment behavior, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate with the credit department to resolve disputes.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improving product positioning and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and up‑to‑date.
- Represent the company at local trade shows, promotional events, and dealer workshops to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in any field.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, credit processing, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome but a year of relevant experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection, and customer relationship management.
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
- Willingness to be placed in the candidate’s domicile area (penempatan sesuai domisili).
- Flexible work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
