Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Provider – Internet to join our growing team in Cianjur. This role focuses on expanding our broadband footprint by establishing strategic partnerships with local communities, residential complexes, and small‑business clusters. The successful candidate will act as the face of our brand on the ground, driving customer acquisition, strengthening relationships with property managers, and ensuring a high‑quality service experience for new and existing subscribers.

Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and negotiate partnership agreements with property owners, RT/RW leaders, and housing complexes to increase home‑pass penetration.
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns, including the installation of banners, T‑banners, spanduk, umbul‑umbul, free Wi‑Fi hotspots, and special promotional events.
- Conduct field visits to prospective customers, present product portfolios, and close sales for internet service plans.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools, track progress, and report weekly performance metrics to the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless service activation and address any installation challenges promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and work proactively to reduce service termination rates through follow‑up calls and on‑site assistance.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging consumer trends to help shape future sales tactics.
- Participate in community events, trade shows, and local fairs to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Management, Communication, Public Relations, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Marketing, International Relations, Business, or Development Economics with a GPA of at least 3.0.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, or related technology products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to work in the field, including travel within the assigned territory and occasional weekend events.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, basic CRM platforms, and data analysis for sales forecasting.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
