Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all visitors with a genuine smile, offering assistance and guidance throughout their museum journey.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor that reflects the museum’s brand and values.
- Provide clear, concise information about exhibitions, interactive displays, and scheduled events.
- Assist with ticketing, admissions, and crowd flow management to ensure a smooth visitor experience.
- Coordinate with the education team to promote workshops, guided tours, and special programs.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as visitor logs, feedback forms, and data entry using museum software.
- Monitor exhibit areas for cleanliness, safety, and proper signage, reporting any issues to the facilities team.
- Support promotional activities, including social media interaction and on‑site photo opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing the “Xperience” of guests, suggesting interactive elements or new service touchpoints.
- Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment for both visitors and valuable collections.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age limit: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or museum settings is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a talent for making people feel welcome and valued.
- Organizational and administrative competence, including basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for automotive history and culture.
