Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Pengumpul Data Lapangan Cabang Kendari. This position is based at our Kendari branch and plays a critical role in supporting our credit recovery and contract management processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the collections department, interacting directly with debtors, negotiating repayment plans, and providing strategic recommendations on contract handling. This role offers a dynamic environment where fresh graduates can develop strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills while contributing to the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to debtors assigned by the collections team and perform thorough data collection on repayment capabilities.
- Execute timely and professional debt collection activities, ensuring all communication complies with regulatory and company standards.
- Negotiate repayment schedules that balance the debtor’s cash‑flow constraints with the company’s recovery targets.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management regarding the handling of each contract, including suggestions for restructuring, settlement, or legal action.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s CRM system, documenting all interactions, agreements, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance departments to resolve complex cases and ensure proper documentation of contractual adjustments.
- Provide on‑the‑ground insights that help refine the company’s collection strategies and improve overall recovery rates.
- Adhere to the daily schedule of Monday through Saturday, working from 08:15 to 16:30, while managing travel time efficiently using a personal two‑wheel vehicle.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including full COVID‑19 vaccination status.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: D3/D4 (any major), with a strong preference for candidates who have completed coursework in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the assignment’s operational requirements).
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in collections, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle (two‑wheel) license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field work.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID‑19.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Keterampilan Komunikasi Berbicara) with the ability to persuade and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or collection management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily/weekly collection targets.
