As a Sales Promoter for Kredivo, you will be the front‑line ambassador, introducing merchants and consumers to a seamless, digital payment experience that drives higher conversion rates and fosters financial inclusion. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential users in retail outlets, malls, and street‑level locations, listening to their payment needs and recommending Kredivo as a flexible financing solution.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, terms, and eligibility criteria, and convey this information in an engaging, easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the Kredivo mobile app, guiding users through registration, credit approval, and checkout processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide step‑by‑step assistance on how to use the app effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Achieve daily sales and activation targets, accurately record activities, and submit detailed performance reports to the regional manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, store managers, and other stakeholders to secure ongoing partnership opportunities.
- Gather market feedback on competitor offerings and consumer preferences, sharing insights with the product and marketing teams to refine Kredivo’s value proposition.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on promotional campaigns, compliance requirements, and best sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Residence: Must live in Jakarta Timur or surrounding areas for efficient territory coverage.
- Prior sales or customer‑service experience is highly preferred, though fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient with Android smartphones and comfortable navigating mobile applications.
- First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination completed.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with a team.
- Ability to work the standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend events or promotional drives.
