Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Kelompok di Rumah for our client in Bangsri, Jepara. This role involves delivering high‑quality group tutoring sessions in a home‑based environment, supporting students’ academic growth, and fostering a love of learning. The ideal candidate will be a qualified educator with a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, providing ample opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the community while developing your own professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging group lessons for students of varying ages and abilities, following the national curriculum and client specifications.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and informal observation, providing constructive feedback to learners and their parents.
- Develop individualized learning plans that address each student’s strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom atmosphere, promoting respect, collaboration, and curiosity.
- Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and supplementary resources to enhance understanding of core subjects.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians to discuss progress, set goals, and address any concerns.
- Stay current with educational best practices, incorporating technology and innovative pedagogical approaches where appropriate.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability by adhering to the agreed schedule and notifying the client of any unavoidable absences.
- Document lesson outcomes and attendance records for administrative purposes.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development workshops offered by the hiring organization.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Associate Degree (D4) in Education or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree in Education is preferred.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a maximum age limit of 0 years (i.e., no upper age restriction).
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Residency: Must reside in Kab. Jepara or be willing to relocate to the Bangsri area.
- Demonstrated teaching ability with a clear record of effective instruction.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with educational technology tools and the ability to create digital learning materials.
- Commitment to a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
