Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Karyawan Toko Ritel to join our growing retail team in Bojongsari and Parung. This full‑time position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that serves motor‑cycle enthusiasts and professional mechanics. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate spare parts and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the store’s management system, ensuring that popular items are always in stock.
- Prepare and package spare parts required by customers or on‑site mechanics, checking for correct part numbers and condition.
- Assist the workshop team by delivering parts promptly, reducing vehicle downtime and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process returns, and issue warranties in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct regular shelf audits, restock merchandise, and keep the sales floor organized and clean.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and support special promotional events.
- Provide basic technical advice on part compatibility, installation procedures, and maintenance tips.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or customer complaints to the store manager for swift resolution.
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with the latest motorcycle models and aftermarket innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as the role involves frequent handling of heavy spare parts.
- At least 0 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Demonstrated knowledge of motorcycle spare parts, part numbers, and basic mechanics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Strong teamwork orientation while also capable of working independently when needed.
- High level of personal integrity, punctuality, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Willingness to work in the Bojongsari and Parung areas, with reliable transportation preferred.
- Familiarity with retail management software or willingness to undergo training on the store’s system.
