Introduction

We are a fast‑growing marketing agency based in Jombang, specializing in connecting consumers with financing solutions for both personal and business needs. Our mission is to empower individuals and small enterprises by facilitating access to credit secured by vehicle titles (BPKB Mobil). We are seeking enthusiastic, target‑driven individuals to join our field sales team as Staff Marketing Agency. This role offers a dynamic blend of direct customer outreach, network development, and relationship management in a supportive, results‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential borrowers who need financing for consumptive purchases or productive ventures such as business capital.
  • Execute grassroots lead generation tactics including flyer distribution, door‑to‑door visits, and community events to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train Business Agents (BA) who act as local ambassadors, expanding the agency’s reach within targeted neighborhoods.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with recruited BAs, providing ongoing coaching to maximize their productivity and loyalty.
  • Track and report daily activities, lead conversion rates, and BA performance metrics to senior management.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting qualified leads into approved financing applications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding applicants through the financing process and addressing any concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C/A) and personal vehicle for field activities.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; experience in marketing or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude, sociable nature, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with Business Agents.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend outreach events as needed.
  • Willingness to continuously learn about financing products, market trends, and best practices in customer acquisition.
