We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Petugas Crew Outlet Penjualan at our bustling outlet in Sidoarjo (Krian). This role is ideal for candidates who have a genuine passion for the food and beverage (F&B) industry and enjoy interacting with customers in a fast‑paced environment. As part of our crew, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every guest receives prompt, friendly service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide detailed product information.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitisation of equipment and dining areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and waste management.
  • Work flexible shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional offers, and customer service techniques.
  • Contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in the F&B sector; prior experience in a culinary or retail environment is a plus.
  • High level of energy, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, covering hours from 04:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
  • Basic administrative skills such as cash handling, record keeping, and inventory tracking.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights typical in a kitchen setting.
