Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrator Sistem dan Manajemen Data to join our dynamic retail operations team. The role will serve as the backbone of our store’s data integrity, inventory control, and customer interaction processes, ensuring smooth daily operations from Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the store’s inventory management system, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Enter, verify, and audit daily sales transactions, returns, and promotions to guarantee data consistency across all platforms.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, stock turnover, and customer trends to support strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide front‑line customer service, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and offering product recommendations with a sales‑driven mindset.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store layout adjustments to maximize product visibility and sales potential.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, cash handling, and inventory audits.
- Train new staff on system usage, data accuracy standards, and effective sales techniques.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, or cost savings within the data management workflow.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and data security for all customer and business information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Proven ability to promote and sell products, with a natural confidence and outgoing personality.
- Experience (or strong aptitude) in store management, including cash handling and inventory control.
- High degree of honesty, meticulousness, and discipline in daily tasks.
- Demonstrated responsibility and reliability in meeting deadlines and attending scheduled work hours.
- Comfortable using basic office software (MS Office, POS systems) and willing to learn proprietary data management tools.
- Age requirement: up to 0 years (interpreted as open to recent graduates or entry‑level candidates).
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
