Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Barista – Penyaji Minuman Kopi dan Teh to join our vibrant café team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee‑making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of brewing equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders through the POS system, and ensure accurate billing.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service, answering questions about menu items and offering recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; report shortages to management and assist with stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth shift transitions, share responsibilities, and uphold a cooperative atmosphere.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and allergen awareness.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and barista skills through on‑the‑job training and occasional workshops.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista or in the coffee/F&B industry (preferred).
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and beverage service with a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, stay detail‑oriented, and maintain a tidy work environment.
- Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Team‑player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and share knowledge.
