Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant with strong audit and financial reporting experience to join our dynamic finance team in Kediri. This full‑time position offers a structured workweek from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑17:00) and is open exclusively to female candidates who reside in Kediri. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of our financial information while supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal and external audit engagements, coordinating with auditors to provide necessary documentation, explanations, and corrective action plans.
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting packages for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, delegating tasks, reviewing workpapers, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding taxes, while liaising with tax authorities and external consultants.
- Implement and improve internal control procedures to mitigate financial risk and enhance process efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments—such as Procurement, Sales, and Operations—to gather relevant financial data and support cross‑functional projects.
- Maintain the company’s accounting software (ERP) by configuring chart of accounts, posting journal entries, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses, budgeting forecasts, and cost‑benefit studies to aid strategic decision‑making.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax legislation, and industry best practices, and disseminate this knowledge across the finance team.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred.
- Gender: Female (Wanita)
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Kediri.
- Experience: Proven experience in audit and financial reporting—ideally 3‑5 years in a similar senior accounting role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in strategic accounting, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local platforms), advanced Excel, and financial analysis tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication (both written and verbal), leadership ability, and high ethical standards.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a focus on professional maturity and relevance of experience.
