Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Meta Ads to join our fast‑growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping our online presence, driving lead generation, and amplifying brand awareness across Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven creative thinker with at least one year of hands‑on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns, a solid grasp of content strategy, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with design and content teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive content calendars for Instagram, focusing on carousel posts and Reels that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve target KPIs such as leads, click‑through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, define targeting parameters, and set clear campaign objectives that reflect the company’s market segmentation.
- Manage advertising budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and perform regular performance reviews to maximize return on investment.
- Produce detailed performance reports, interpreting metrics like CTR, CPC, leads, and conversions, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, copy, and visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
- Provide strategic recommendations for funnel optimization, from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Mentor junior team members on campaign setup, performance analysis, and industry tools.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (D3 acceptable with strong portfolio).
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Strong understanding of funnel marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in analyzing ad performance data and translating findings into strategic actions.
- Hands‑on experience with Instagram content formats, especially carousel posts and Reels.
- Basic copywriting skills for ad copy and social media captions.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or CorelDRAW is a plus.
- Experience in the interior design, property, or architecture sectors is an added advantage.

- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
