Responsibilities

- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians, offering regular progress reports and recommendations for further development.
- Utilize engaging teaching methods, including multimedia tools, interactive activities, and real‑world examples to enhance comprehension and retention.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, special needs, and varying academic abilities.
- Monitor classroom discipline, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with educational best practices.
- Manage scheduling logistics, arriving punctually for each session and adhering to the agreed‑upon teaching timetable (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson materials, and student achievements for internal reporting.
- Contribute ideas for curriculum enrichment, extracurricular tutoring programs, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Female candidate, in line with the specific demographic preference for this position.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or actively enrolled university student (final semester preferred) or graduate with a S1 degree; education majors are highly favored.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years indicated in the original posting, interpreted as entry‑level).
- Strong passion for teaching and interacting with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach across multiple grade levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA) and subjects as required.
