Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Petugas Lapangan to join our field collection team in the Lubuklinggau area. This role is essential to our credit management operations, as the successful candidate will engage directly with customers to secure timely repayment of loan installments. Responsibilities
- Visit customers’ residences within the assigned Lubuklinggau territory to conduct in‑person debt collection activities.
- Communicate payment terms, negotiate repayment plans, and resolve any disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by the management team, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Complete daily visitation quotas, ensuring all scheduled accounts are addressed promptly.
- Follow the company’s standard operating procedures for documentation, data entry, and reporting of collection outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and any follow‑up actions required.
- Identify and report potential fraud or irregularities encountered during field visits.
- Collaborate with the back‑office collection unit to coordinate payment processing and resolve escalated cases.
- Stay up‑to‑date with local market conditions, regional regulations, and cultural nuances that may affect collection strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (MA/Paket C is also acceptable).
- Open to all genders; the role requires a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Valid and active SIM C driving licence; ability to ride a motorcycle safely throughout the assigned area.
- Strong knowledge of the Lubuklinggau region, including neighbourhoods, major roads, and local landmarks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; capable of handling difficult conversations with confidence.
- Self‑motivated attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (2 + years experience in field collection is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Physical fitness to travel extensively and conduct multiple daily visits.
- Residency within or willingness to relocate to the Lubuklinggau placement area.
