Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items following Kelling Coffee’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including regular sanitization of equipment, counters, and dining areas.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payment transactions using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables; report shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Assist in opening and closing duties such as setting up the espresso machine, restocking supplies, and conducting end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, allergy awareness, and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours, especially on weekends.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through on‑the‑job training and occasional workshops on coffee brewing techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible for enthusiastic candidates).
- Gender: Male (as per current operational needs).
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle license and have personal transportation for commuting.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and loyalty.
