Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our growing team in the Lumajang area. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for small and medium‑sized enterprises (UMKM) interested in adopting our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines, which enable faster, more secure transactions for merchants and their customers. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, a passion for technology solutions, and the ability to build lasting relationships with business owners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily canvassing activities targeting UMKM owners to introduce and demonstrate the benefits of our EDC solutions.
  • Achieve a sales target of 2‑3 new EDC units per day by effectively managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Perform on‑site product demonstrations, addressing technical questions and showcasing how the EDC device streamlines payment processes.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, updating lead statuses, and ensuring accurate follow‑up actions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements in line with company policies.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including onboarding, training merchants on device usage, and coordinating with the technical support team for any issues.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging payment trends to inform product positioning.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the refinement of our EDC portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in fintech, payment solutions, or consumer electronics.
  • Possession of a valid driving license (SIM C) and personal two‑wheel vehicle for daily field visits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse merchants.
  • Self‑discipline and excellent time‑management skills to meet daily targets while adhering to a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
  • Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
