Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Purwodadi, Jawa Tengah. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and new customers across the region. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and after‑sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively present and sell the company’s products to existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.
  • Acquire orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data collection and thorough verification of customer documents.
  • Prepare and complete credit applications, coordinating with finance teams to secure approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, promptly communicating decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers about payment schedules, due dates, collection locations, and any other critical transaction details.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, tracking sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting performance metrics and sharing market insights.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age: 30 years old or younger.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role; relevant experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable personal vehicle and possess a valid SIM A/C driving license.
  • Strong B2C sales management capabilities, oriented toward meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to be placed according to domicile; work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
