Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team as a Pengelola Hubungan Pelanggan. This front‑line position plays a crucial role in shaping the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to quality, reliability, and friendliness. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem‑solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong service‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound telephone calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, following established escalation procedures when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments, guaranteeing a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
  • Identify recurring pain points and share insights with the operations and product teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in daily team briefings and contribute ideas for improving service standards and efficiency.
  • Follow up with customers after issue resolution to confirm satisfaction and build long‑term loyalty.
  • Adhere to the scheduled work hours of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and manage shift handovers smoothly.
  • Support promotional campaigns by informing customers about new offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female
  • Maximum age: 27 years
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet and propose practical solutions.
  • Strong teamwork orientation; comfortable collaborating with colleagues across departments.
  • Positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and customer service platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, while maintaining punctuality.
