Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our team in Temanggung, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) while maintaining strong relationships with customers. The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic environment, balancing rigorous collection targets with the company’s commitment to ethical and customer‑centric practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection processes for overdue loans, ensuring all activities are completed within established deadlines.
- Monitor A/R aging reports daily, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection actions accordingly.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with credit analysts and loan officers to verify borrower information and assess repayment capacity.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, documenting agreements, promises to pay, and any disputes.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting recovery rates, outstanding balances, and any escalated cases.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and consumer protection laws throughout the collection process.
- Provide feedback to the product and risk teams on recurring delinquency patterns to help refine underwriting criteria.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve negotiation techniques and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma) in any discipline; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is highly preferred.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s current staffing policy.
- Age not exceeding 30 years at the time of application.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or collection management software.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance branch that corresponds to the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
