We are seeking a dedicated Tenaga Vokasi Farmasi Pengajar Praktikum Laboratorium to join our dynamic team of pharmacy educators. Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and execute laboratory practical sessions for pharmacy vocational students, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum and industry best practices.
- Develop detailed laboratory manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assessment rubrics that clearly communicate learning objectives.
- Supervise students during hands‑on experiments, providing real‑time feedback, troubleshooting technical issues, and reinforcing proper laboratory techniques.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular risk assessments, and maintain compliance with local health regulations and the institution’s safety policies.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, manage inventory of reagents and consumables, and coordinate with the procurement department to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary content, such as pharmacology, pharmaceutics, and clinical pharmacy, into laboratory activities.
- Evaluate student performance through practical exams, written reports, and oral presentations, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum review panels, and professional development workshops to stay current with emerging trends in pharmaceutical education.
- Assist in the accreditation process by documenting teaching activities, student outcomes, and laboratory improvements.
- Offer mentorship and career guidance to students, encouraging a customer‑oriented mindset and ethical practice in future pharmacy settings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Pharmacy, with a valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) that is current and active.
- Preferably at least one year of experience teaching or supervising laboratory practicals in a hospital or academic pharmacy setting.
- Strong customer‑oriented attitude, demonstrating the ability to anticipate and address the needs of students, faculty, and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- High level of discipline, responsibility, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, to accommodate laboratory schedules.
