Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English lessons to small groups of children (ages 4‑15) following the Eye Level methodology.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans that align with individual progress plans and curriculum standards.
- Assess student performance, grade assignments, and maintain accurate progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents, providing feedback on student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Motivate and encourage students, creating a supportive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and center staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Perform occasional administrative duties such as attendance tracking, material preparation, and data entry.
- Report any operational or instructional concerns to the Center Director promptly.
- Promote the Eye Level program to prospective families and assist with enrollment activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and final‑year students are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and teenagers.
- Familiarity with child development stages and age‑appropriate instructional strategies.
- Proactive attitude with the initiative to introduce and champion the Eye Level program.
- Honest, disciplined, communicative, creative, and tech‑savvy (comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and online teaching tools).
- Willingness to work on‑site at the Pamulang‑area center; candidates residing nearby are preferred.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
