Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Staf Penagihan Lapangan to join our expanding collection team in Cirebon. This field‑based role is pivotal to our financial health, as it ensures timely recovery of overdue installments while maintaining respectful and professional relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will operate primarily in the Cirebon metropolitan area, conducting on‑site visits, phone outreach, and digital follow‑ups in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily and weekly collection activities by contacting consumers with overdue payments, using phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and in‑person visits.
- Visit customer locations to verify contact information, discuss payment options, and negotiate settlement plans that align with corporate procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, update the collection management system, and submit detailed reports on collection performance.
- Achieve assigned collection targets while adhering to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ethical collection standards.
- Identify patterns of delinquency and provide feedback to the credit risk team for continuous improvement of underwriting and risk‑mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Customer Service, and Legal to resolve disputes and ensure smooth processing of payments.
- Stay informed about local market conditions, regional consumer behavior, and regulatory changes that may affect collection practices.
- Safeguard company assets by securing payment receipts, verifying authenticity of documents, and following proper cash handling protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection, debt recovery, or related customer‑facing roles; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- Valid motor vehicle and active SIM C; personal transportation is essential for field visits.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet quantitative targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a courteous yet firm approach to overdue accounts.
- Familiarity with the Cirebon area, including local neighborhoods and transportation routes.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or collection software.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and respecting customer dignity throughout the collection process.
