Introduction

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrator Pajak dan Kepatuhan Fiskal to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our organization remains fully compliant with all tax regulations while supporting the broader financial objectives of the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic foundation, hands‑on experience in the FMCG sector, and a proven track record of managing tax administration processes with precision and timeliness.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit corporate tax returns (including PPh 21/23, PPN, and PPh Badan) in accordance with Indonesian tax law and deadlines.
  • Maintain and update the company’s tax ledger, ensuring accurate recording of all tax-related transactions.
  • Utilize CoreTax software to calculate, post, and reconcile tax liabilities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations during tax audits.
  • Analyze tax implications of new business initiatives, promotional campaigns, and supply‑chain arrangements, offering recommendations to minimize tax exposure.
  • Prepare detailed tax compliance reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, potential risks, and opportunities for tax optimization.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation (invoices, contracts, customs declarations) is properly archived and easily retrievable for regulatory inspections.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance, procurement, and sales teams to verify the correctness of tax codes applied to transactions.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with changes in tax legislation, government circulars, and industry best practices, disseminating relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of internal tax policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in tax administration, preferably within the Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Strong proficiency with CoreTax and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate tax calculations and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross‑functional teams and external authorities.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the capability to work independently when required.
