Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Lead Hub SPX Express to join our logistics operations in Meurah Mulia, Kab. Aceh Utara, Aceh. This pivotal role will oversee the end‑to‑end flow of parcels and freight through our hub, ensuring on‑time delivery, minimizing loss or damage, and fostering a high‑performance team culture. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners, while continuously driving process improvements that align with our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee timely delivery of all shipments, from initial pickup to final customer hand‑over.
- Coordinate daily activities with Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams to align schedules, capacity, and routing.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies to reduce instances of lost or damaged parcels, including proper handling, labeling, and documentation.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring accuracy in inbound and outbound records, and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Supervise inbound and outbound workflows, optimizing dock utilization, load planning, and unloading procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, safety, and accountability.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for FIFO handling, cost analysis, and performance reporting.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other data‑analysis tools to generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with senior logistics managers to forecast demand, plan capacity, and implement first‑mile/last‑mile solutions.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, shipment integrity, and compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in both Last Mile and First Mile operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes, including FIFO methodology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Leadership capabilities with a track record of coaching and developing staff.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30 – 18:30, and reside or relocate to Meurah Mulia, Kab. Aceh Utara.
