Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and produce original content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms, aligning each piece with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Film, photograph, and edit short‑form videos, reels, and static graphics that showcase our equipment, projects, and company culture.
- Write engaging, educational, and persuasive captions that drive interaction, increase follower growth, and support marketing objectives.
- Stay current with social‑media algorithms, trending challenges, and viral formats, adapting them to reflect our industry niche.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop campaign calendars, promotional offers, and lead‑generation initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics (reach, engagement, click‑through rates) and provide regular reports with insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library, ensuring all files are properly labeled and archived for future use.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas for brand storytelling, customer testimonials, and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
- Represent the company on camera when required, delivering clear and confident on‑screen presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education in Communications, Media, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience creating digital content for brands, preferably in the construction, equipment rental, or B2B sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video, photo, and graphic work (mandatory).
- Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar applications.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling captions in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of social‑media trends, platform best practices, and audience behavior.
- Creative mindset, confidence on camera, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Discipline, responsibility, and a target‑driven work ethic.
- Open to all genders; candidates up to 30 years of age are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW and other digital communication tools is advantageous.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00.
