We are currently seeking a motivated Program Trainee Salesman – Pengembangan Penjualan to join our dynamic field sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with Bluegaz outlet partners, ensuring product availability, promoting additional accessories, and delivering exceptional service that supports both our brand reputation and the growth of our distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to assigned Bluegaz outlets, maintaining a consistent presence and gathering market intelligence.
- Negotiate with outlet managers to secure the replacement of empty gas cylinders with full ones, ensuring uninterrupted supply for end‑customers.
- Promote and sell regulator units, regulator hoses, and other ancillary products to increase outlet revenue and Bluegaz product penetration.
- Build and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with outlet owners, providing timely support and addressing any concerns.
- Deliver product education sessions, highlighting safety features, usage guidelines, and the benefits of Bluegaz’s premium offerings.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of gas cylinders, demonstrating physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as volume sold, new accounts opened, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling based on outlet needs, contributing to overall sales targets.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop localized promotional strategies and market‑specific campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the current operational requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Passion for field work and comfort with frequent travel to various outlet locations.
- Demonstrated selling aptitude, even if only through academic projects or internships.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet sales quotas, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good physical fitness and endurance to manage loading/unloading activities safely.
- Familiarity with the local geography of the assigned area and a willingness to learn the nuances of each market.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data entry.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
