Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven SPG Walk‑Out Store XL Smart to join our fast‑growing retail sales team. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our flagship products, including Prio, XL Satu (Express Store), Livepaid, and XL Satu (Mini Store). Your primary mission is to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers across multiple channels, helping the company expand its market share in the highly competitive telecommunications and digital services sector.

Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive prospecting through door‑to‑door visits, referrals, and networking events to generate a steady pipeline of new customers.
- Approach potential clients with a courteous, consultative mindset, establishing rapport and trust from the first interaction.
- Deliver in‑person product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate the features, benefits, pricing, and unique selling points of Prio, XL Satu, and Livepaid services.
- Engage in persuasive negotiation, handling objections, and guiding prospects toward a final decision, ultimately closing sales or service registrations.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, follow‑up activities, and sales outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management, contributing to overall departmental goals.
- Perform timely follow‑up with leads that have not yet made a purchase, using tailored communication strategies to nurture interest.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to ethical sales practices, and representing the brand positively in the community.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share market insights, customer feedback, and emerging trends that can drive product enhancements.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and sales workshops to stay current with the latest offerings and industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, field marketing, or direct customer acquisition.

- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize leads, and operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, including occasional weekend events or promotional campaigns.
