- Label packages clearly with shipping information, barcodes, and handling instructions.
- Perform quality‑control checks to confirm that each order meets company standards for completeness and presentation.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly packing station, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Record packing data in the warehouse management system, noting any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and delivery drivers to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time dispatch.
- Identify opportunities to improve packing efficiency, such as optimizing material usage or rearranging workstations.
- Adapt quickly to changes in order volume, especially during peak periods, while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old; all genders are welcome.
- Prior work experience is preferred but not mandatory; experience in any labor‑intensive role is valuable.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills—able to follow instructions and report issues clearly.
