Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista – Penyaji Minuman Kopi to join our vibrant coffee team in Pamekasan. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and operational.
- Engage customers with friendly, attentive service, providing product recommendations and answering inquiries about menu items.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and accurately manage the point‑of‑sale system.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, and place orders to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule engaging social‑media content that promotes new drinks, promotions, and events.
- Manage online sales through marketplace platforms, updating product listings, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Work under set sales targets and handle peak‑hour pressure while maintaining service excellence.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on coffee brewing techniques, new menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and workplace ergonomics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly communicative with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under target‑driven environments and handle pressure during busy periods.
- Basic understanding of social‑media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and how they can be leveraged for brand promotion.
- Previous experience managing sales on online marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak) is preferred.
- No current contractual obligations to other employers or educational institutions.
- Essential skills: food and beverage service etiquette, menu presentation, and customer service excellence.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
