Introduction

Our fast‑growing Team Leader – Manajemen Tim Operasional will spearhead the expansion of our student‑card insurance program across schools, government agencies, community organizations, markets and MSMEs. This is a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday role that offers a dynamic environment where strategic thinking, relationship building, and team development are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect target schools, government institutions, companies, village communities, markets and UMKM for partnership opportunities.
  • Present and negotiate collaborative agreements for the student‑card insurance program, tailoring proposals to each stakeholder’s needs.
  • Design, launch, and monitor insurance program pilots, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with public and private partners to facilitate smooth program implementation.
  • Produce regular progress reports, including performance metrics, documentation, and actionable insights for senior management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor business partners and sub‑agents, fostering a high‑performing network of representatives.
  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies that align with market potential and company growth targets.
  • Lead a small operational team, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and evaluating performance against KPIs.
  • Coordinate with marketing, underwriting, and claims departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine the product offering.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry or related B2B sales roles; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, community groups, markets and UMKM.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a business and lead a team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in business development, B2B marketing, customer needs analysis, and sales management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate strategic recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Open to travel within the assigned region and work flexible hours when required.
