Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Pramusaji Pelayanan Makanan dan Minuman to join our dynamic team at a popular restaurant located in the heart of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a rotating shift system to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the restaurant’s point‑of‑sale (POS) and cashier system.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Upsell specials, promotions, and additional items to increase average ticket size.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts while maintaining strict accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate order flow and resolve any service issues.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and address concerns with professionalism.
- Assist in inventory checks for tableware, napkins, and condiments, reporting shortages to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, service etiquette, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required, fresh graduates welcome).
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Ability to operate a modern cashier/POS system with confidence.
- Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Current domicile within Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY).
- Basic sales development skills (ability to suggest add‑ons and promote menu items).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to handle high‑pressure situations gracefully.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
