Introduction
The Officer Marketing dan Verifikasi (MVO) position is based in Pringsewu, Lampung, and serves as a crucial bridge between our organization, dealers, and end‑customers. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and customers, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales for multiple product lines, tailoring pitches to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct detailed market analyses and customer feasibility surveys to assess potential business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as product development, finance, and logistics—to ensure smooth order processing and post‑sale support.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and verification metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and dealer training sessions to enhance product visibility and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and verification reports using the company’s CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) or a bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Age: 28 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, especially in a target‑oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly dynamic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle (SIM C) for field visits and customer outreach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle performance‑based incentives.
