Introduction

The Admin Bisnis Channeling position in Bangkinang is a pivotal entry‑level role that supports the Business Channeling team in processing customer orders, managing credit applications, and ensuring data integrity across the company’s loan‑origination platform. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers, the Sales & Customer Care (SCC) unit, and the credit‑approval department, helping to streamline workflows and maintain a high standard of service. This role operates from Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and offers a dynamic environment where attention to detail, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and acknowledge inbound orders generated through the Business Channeling platform.
  • Verify that all consumer and financing‑object data are complete and accurate before entry into the company’s core system.
  • Input order details via the web portal and internal processing system, ensuring timely updates.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or internal grading criteria, and flag any discrepancies.
  • Communicate credit‑approval results to applicants promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
  • Prepare and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for field verification.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales & Customer Care (SHC) team to coordinate ongoing consumer cases and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records, performing regular audits to guarantee data compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in generating daily and weekly reports on order status, credit‑processing metrics, and backlog trends for management review.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new software tools, credit policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with basic computer operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of integrity when handling confidential customer data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of credit‑monitoring processes and the ability to follow structured approval workflows.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit imposed.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer‑service role is a plus but not mandatory.
