Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Petugas Pemeriksa Dokumen dan Kualitas to join our fast‑growing hospitality team at 360 Warung Makan. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest receives impeccable service while maintaining the highest standards of documentation, food safety, and overall quality. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming and outgoing documents related to food procurement, supplier contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Verify that kitchen equipment and utensils meet safety and sanitation standards before each service shift.
- Monitor the quality of food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
- Provide frontline service to guests, delivering the “360” experience—prompt greeting, accurate order taking, and timely assistance throughout the dining journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular checks of storage conditions, temperature logs, and hygiene records.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to resolve any quality‑related issues quickly and effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on document compliance, quality metrics, and guest feedback for senior management.
- Assist in training new staff on documentation procedures, food safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Uphold company policies and local regulations, including health code compliance and labor standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; graduates of hospitality schools are highly preferred.
- Age between 20 and 25 years; candidates must be unmarried and able to work full‑time.
- Strong command of public speaking and clear communication; ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Excellent personal presentation—neat, tidy, and professional appearance at all times.
- Highly responsible, independent, meticulous, and honest; capable of managing tasks without constant supervision.
- Proficiency in operating basic kitchen equipment and familiarity with document management software.
- Active, energetic, and able to communicate effectively in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Willingness to adhere strictly to company policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
