Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective borrowers in the Citeureup region, presenting Amartha’s micro‑loan programs and encouraging participation.
- Conduct on‑site economic coaching for member households, providing guidance on budgeting, financial planning, and business growth strategies.
- Perform thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, adhering to Amartha’s underwriting standards, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the collection and processing of repayments, maintaining accurate records and following up with borrowers to ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate closely with internal credit and operations teams to streamline application workflows and resolve any issues that arise during the loan cycle.
- Report weekly on prospecting activities, loan disbursement status, and repayment performance to senior management.
- Represent Amartha at community events, local business forums, and partner meetings to strengthen brand visibility and trust.
- Maintain a personal vehicle for daily travel across the designated field area, ensuring punctuality and coverage of all assigned villages.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 33 years (maximum 33 years).
- Open to all genders; preference given to candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Own reliable motor vehicle for field operations.
- Integrity, honesty, attention to detail, resilience, and disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities; capable of building trust with diverse community members.
- Ability to work independently in the field every day, managing time and priorities effectively.
- No prior experience required, though experience in sales, community outreach, or micro‑finance is a plus.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools for data entry and reporting.
