Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Staf Administrasi Sumber Daya Manusia to join our growing Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in supporting our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring seamless HR administration across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers, external job portals, and internal stakeholders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while maintaining accurate employee records and providing high‑quality HR services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment (end‑to‑end) from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct thorough analysis of departmental staffing needs and create detailed recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain an online candidate database; stay active on national job‑board networks and digital recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, schedule interview panels, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Prepare monthly recruitment and workforce reports, highlighting key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and headcount variance.
- Handle HR administrative tasks including issuance of offer letters, work‑mutation letters, and performance evaluation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Utilize MS Office and HRIS tools efficiently to generate reports, manage spreadsheets, and track recruitment pipelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives by representing the company professionally in job fairs, networking events, and online forums.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Communications.
- Female candidates only; maximum age 27 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a recruiter or HR administrator.
- Proven ability to maintain a robust candidate database and active presence on national job portals.
- Strong interview techniques, excellent communication skills, and a professional, representative appearance.
- Comfortable working with online HR systems and digital recruitment tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Analytical mindset for interpreting employee data and generating actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment.
