Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and diligent FIF – Bidang Remedial Junior to join our fast‑growing collection and recovery team. This role is essential for maintaining healthy cash flow by engaging directly with customers who have outstanding installment payments. The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, balancing face‑to‑face visits with professional telephone and digital communications, all while adhering to strict company SOPs and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic collection calls and send reminder messages via phone, WhatsApp, or other digital channels to inform customers of upcoming payment due dates.
- Perform on‑site visits to customer addresses to follow up on overdue installments, verify information, and gather required documentation.
- Negotiate repayment plans that align with company policies while preserving customer relationships and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly collection logs, updating the central database with payment status, contact notes, and any escalations.
- Collaborate with the credit control and finance departments to reconcile discrepancies and support the preparation of monthly performance reports.
- Identify patterns of delinquency and provide feedback to management for process improvement and risk mitigation.
- Adhere to all internal SOPs, data privacy rules, and ethical collection practices to protect both the company’s reputation and the customer’s dignity.
- Meet or exceed set collection targets while demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, maximum age of 34 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, sales, or customer service; strong communication skills are essential.
- Valid motor vehicle ownership with an active SIM C license for field travel.
- Willingness to work in assigned territories and flexible to adjust schedules based on collection needs.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet daily/weekly targets, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, clear and assertive communication, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and ability to learn company-specific collection software.
