Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure timely execution of A/R overdue collection activities, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for direct collection efforts, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout the process.
- Collaborate with branch personnel to identify, assess, and resolve issues with problematic partners, providing actionable recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets set by senior management, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
- Execute the retrieval of assets from delinquent borrowers, coordinating with legal and operational teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of collection interactions, payment agreements, and follow‑up actions within the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, overdue trends, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
- Continuously develop knowledge of multifinance business processes, credit monitoring, and regulatory requirements to improve collection strategies.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age limit of 65 years.
- Male candidates (as per the current gender specification).
- All educational levels accepted; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Understanding of multifinance business operations and a results‑driven mindset.
