Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan to join our growing team at the Denpasar branch office. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in driving product adoption, increasing transaction volumes, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and merchant partners. The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
The role is based in Denpasar, with a work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 11:00 – 20:00. Competitive basic allowances and attractive incentives are offered to reward high performance.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate company products to prospective and existing customers, clearly explaining features and benefits.
- Educate customers on the usage of the company’s mobile application, guiding them through the transaction process.
- Assist new users with account registration, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Encourage existing customers to increase their transaction limits and explore additional product offerings.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with merchant partners, addressing their needs and gathering feedback.
- Collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer preferences to the sales manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product enhancements and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize sales analysis tools to track personal performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the brand with professionalism at trade shows, community events, and in‑store promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age: up to 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or Promotor; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Proficiency in using communication tools (smartphone, messaging apps) and basic data analysis software.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data, performance metrics, and customer behavior.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
