Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor Produksi dan Pengendalian Kualitas to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that product quality meets the highest standards, and leading a dedicated group of operators and quality inspectors. The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (07:00 – 15:30) and provides an excellent platform for professionals who are eager to develop their leadership skills in a fast‑growing industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all production lines to achieve daily output targets while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures, including incoming material inspection, in‑process checks, and final product verification.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of operators, technicians, and junior quality staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Develop production schedules in collaboration with planning and logistics departments, adjusting resources as needed to meet customer demand.
- Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends, root causes of non‑conformities, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance, defect rates, and corrective actions to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, internal SOPs, and regulatory requirements (ISO, HACCP, etc.).
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings with engineering, procurement, and R&D to support product launches and process upgrades.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing PPE usage, conducting safety briefings, and participating in incident investigations.
- Drive rapid adaptation to new technologies, production methods, and market changes, ensuring the plant remains competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Gender: Laki‑laki (Male) candidates only.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within production or quality control.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate sub‑ordinates, with strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a track record of implementing effective corrective actions.
- Fast adaptation to changing production demands, new equipment, and evolving quality standards.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Competence in using ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Commitment to working the standard schedule: Monday‑Friday, 07:00 – 15:30.
