Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Depok, Jabodetabek Selatan. This role is a key driver of revenue generation, responsible for promoting our multifinance products to both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a relentless focus on achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and sell the company’s portfolio of financing solutions to existing customers and new prospects.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with channel distribution partners, including dealers and brokers.
  • Collect initial customer data, verify information, and assemble complete documentation for credit applications.
  • Track the progress of credit applications, coordinate with underwriting teams, and relay approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers promptly.
  • Communicate repayment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, ensuring customers understand all contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer profiles, transaction histories, and follow‑up activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to provide actionable insights to the sales manager.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting pipeline status, challenges, and success stories.
  • Assist the finance department with post‑sale documentation and ensure compliance with internal audit standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Age: Up to 29 years old.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in the multifinance or banking sector; fresh graduates with relevant internships are also considered.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit evaluation and risk assessment.
  • Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, database administration, and basic networking concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑16:30).
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer‑service orientation.
