As a key member of our digital marketing crew, you will help shape the online presence of our brand, engage audiences across multiple platforms, and drive sales through compelling content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, curate, and publish high‑quality visual and written content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan and execute weekly content calendars that align with promotional campaigns, seasonal trends, and audience insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to translate product features into persuasive copy that encourages purchases on online marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak.
- Monitor social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and produce performance reports to refine content tactics.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new content formats.
- Respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- Coordinate photo‑shoots and video production, including scripting, storyboarding, and basic editing using tools like Adobe Premiere, Canva, or CapCut.
- Implement SEO best practices for blog posts and product descriptions to improve organic discoverability.
- Assist in managing paid social media advertising budgets, setting up ad creatives, and tracking ROI.
- Support the team in brainstorming innovative campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations that boost brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
