Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Crew Layanan Penumpang Internasional to join our customer service team at a leading airline support provider. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that passengers enjoy a seamless travel experience from the moment they arrive at the airport until they depart. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling garment care services, coordinating pickup and delivery of luggage, and supporting the overall passenger handling process in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional ironing and folding services for passenger garments, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate timely pickup and delivery of clothing items between the airline lounge, hotel partners, and passenger residences.
  • Operate a light‑weight vehicle using a valid SIM C license to transport garments and ancillary items across the airport precinct and surrounding hotels.
  • Maintain accurate records of each garment’s status in the store management system, ensuring traceability and accountability.
  • Assist passengers with special requests, such as expedited garment processing or emergency clothing needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cabin crew, ground staff, and the baggage handling team to synchronize service windows and avoid delays.
  • Uphold the highest standards of honesty, reliability, and meticulousness in all interactions and documentation.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on hygiene, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
  • Support the implementation of sustainable practices, such as using eco‑friendly detergents and minimizing waste.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (as per operational policy).
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Valid Indonesian SIM C driving license.
  • Demonstrated ability to iron and fold clothing neatly and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Honesty, diligence, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, both in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, to interact with international passengers.
  • Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods during shift hours.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
