Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role will serve as a pivotal link between management and employees, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly while complying with Indonesian labor laws. The successful candidate will bring a solid educational background, at least one year of relevant experience, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding for all departments.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR administration tasks, and ensure all documentation complies with local regulations.
- Provide payroll support by collaborating with the finance team, verifying attendance, and preparing data for payroll processing, including BPJS and PPh 21 deductions.
- Assist in employee relations matters, mediating conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Administer and monitor employee licenses, certifications, and mandatory trainings to ensure continuous compliance.
- Stay up‑to‑date with Indonesian labor regulations and advise management on policy updates, statutory requirements, and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision‑making and track key performance indicators such as turnover, recruitment timelines, and employee satisfaction.
- Support performance appraisal cycles, helping managers set objectives, gather feedback, and document evaluations.
- Participate in HR projects, including employer branding initiatives, employee engagement programs, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field (minimum S1).
- At least 1–2 years of professional HR experience; hospitality industry exposure is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, administration, payroll support, employee relations, and licensing.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor legislation, including BPJS, PPh 21, and other statutory obligations.
- Proficiency in payroll administration systems and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing hospitality environment.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
