Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Operasional dan Administrasi Umum to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to maintaining the seamless flow of daily operations across our Srengseng and Kedoya facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a persuasive communication style, and the flexibility to travel between locations using a motorcycle. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior staff with patient app bookings, employing a courteous and persuasive approach to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and membership databases, paying meticulous attention to detail to support billing and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate daily class operations, including on‑ground logistics, instructor scheduling, and facility preparation.
  • Compile and generate basic administrative reports on class performance, attendance trends, and member feedback.
  • Provide frontline support for administrative queries, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service quality.
  • Facilitate communication between the Srengseng and Kedoya sites, traveling by motorcycle as needed to oversee operations and address on‑site issues.
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding junior admin assistants, with a preference for candidates from Untar, Binus, Ukrida, and Esa Unggul universities.
  • Support the preparation of promotional materials and assist in the execution of marketing events related to class offerings.
  • Uphold company policies on data privacy, health and safety, and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; inclusive hiring practices are embraced.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.
  • Valid motorcycle license and reliable motorcycle for daily travel between locations.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Experience with customer service or administrative roles is advantageous but not required.
