Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staff After‑Sales Support to join our growing retail services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our after‑sales operations run smoothly, that customers receive timely support, and that sales targets are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with a solid foundation in sales administration, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily after‑sales sales operations for retail customers, driving revenue and meeting established targets.
- Monitor and manage all administrative aspects of after‑sales transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Business Activity Statements (BAST), shipping orders, and comprehensive sales reporting.
- Track Customer Retail Hour Meters to support maintenance programs such as Preventive Part Replacement (PPU), Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), and Overhaul schedules.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with retail clients to ensure loyalty, repeat business, and high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to coordinate timely delivery of parts and services.
- Utilize customer‑management and digital marketing tools to identify upsell opportunities and improve service outreach.
- Prepare regular performance dashboards and present insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
- Provide on‑site or remote support for complex technical inquiries, acting as a liaison between the customer and internal engineering resources.
- Maintain accurate records of all after‑sales activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in after‑sales support, retail sales, or a comparable customer‑facing role.
- All genders are welcome; there is no age limit.
- Proficiency with customer‑management tools, digital marketing platforms, negotiation techniques, and sales analysis software.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
