Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect new automotive customers, including individual buyers, fleet operators, and dealership partners.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and product demonstrations to negotiation, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales forecasts, and performance metrics using the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate promotional events, test‑drive sessions, and product launches, ensuring seamless execution and maximum brand exposure.
- Collaborate with the after‑sales and service teams to ensure a smooth handover and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and emerging opportunities to the Marketing Manager.
- Utilize a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C to travel across the Majenang area, visiting potential clients and attending regional trade shows.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA sederajat).
- Gender: Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment.
- Possession of a valid motorbike, driver’s license (SIM C), and the ability to travel independently within the assigned territory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long‑term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
